Look up / Delete Authorized Devices
KKBOX members can log in from any supported devices.
To look up and/or to delete the Authorized Devices associated with your account please refer to the steps below:

As of today you can find the information under [Device login record] after logging in Account Center.
※Alternatively you can contact Customer Service and we will be more than happy to assist you. But please note that Customer Service can only provide the latest three devices.
《Delete Authorized Devices》
Please contact Customer Service and we will be more than happy to assist you.
【1】Deleting Authorized Device does not restrict the device from accessing KKBOX again.
If you believe someone has been accessing your KKBOX account, please immediately change your password by logging in Account Center.
【2】Deleting Authorized Devices will not affect your KKBOX settings or playlists.
