I'm a subscriber/ I have paid but can only listen to 30 seconds of music
1. The system may still be processing your subscription.
Try logging out of your KKBOX account and log back in to refresh your account status.
2. If you have more than one KKBOX account, you may have subscribed through a different account. Please log out of KKBOX and log back in with the correct account.
3. If you misspelled the account at the time of subscribing, resulting in a new account being created.
