A [System time is incorrect] Message Appeared



 ※[System time is incorrect] error message on KKBOX Windows (Windows Store)

1. Ensure the time and date is set to the present time by referring to the steps below:

■ On Windows XP:
 1. Double-click the clock on the taskbar to reveal the Date and Time Properties box.
  - OR -
  Right-click on the time in the bottom-right of the screen and select [Adjust Date/Time].
 2. Adjust the time and date accordingly (if you are using 12-hour clock, check the AM and PM setting).

■ On Windows Vista, Windows 7 & Windows 8:
 1. Right-click on the time in the bottom-right of the screen and select [Adjust Date/Time].
 2. Click the [Change date and time...] button.
 3. Adjust the time and date accordingly (if you are using 12-hour clock, check the AM and PM setting).

■ On Windows 10:
 1. Right-click on the time in the bottom-right of the screen and select [Adjust Date/Time].
 2. Enable [Set time automatically] and [Set time zone automatically] and the system will automatically adjust the time and date to the present time.

2. Restart KKBOX Windows. You may need to log in your account again.

 On OS X Mountain Lion, OS X Lion, or Mac OS X 10.6:
   - Go to [System Preferences] → [Language & Text].
   - Click the [Formats] tab.
   - Change the time, date and region to the correct setting (if you are using 12-hour clock, check the AM and PM setting).

2. Restart KKBOX Windows. You may need to log in your account again.
