What should I do when a 'Your offline cache expired. Please go online to renew your license to play songs offline' message appears?

This message shows when you have been using KKBOX in offline mode for more than 7 days. 
When you see this message, please switch KKBOX to online mode for our system to perform mandatory checks. This will only take a few minutes.

Because all music KKBOX provide have been legally authorized by record labels and all authorizations come with an expiry date, our system will need to check all tracks regularly. To avoid seeing this message, we suggest switching KKBOX to online mode once every few days.
