Can't Hear Music/ Volume Too Low


1. Try increasing the volume level of your device.

2. When connecting to wireless headphones, speakers:
- Ensure the device is sufficiently charged and is within range.
- Increase the volume level of both devices. 
- Pair both devices again.

4. When connecting to wired headphones/speakers:
- Ensure the power of the device is turned on.
- Ensure the audio cord is inserted properly into the headphone jack.


1. Increase the volume on your device.

2. You may have set a volume limit on the KKBOX App.
Tap [My Library] → the gear icon to the top right corner of the page → [Playback] → [Volume Limit] and drag the slider to the right to increase the maximum volume.

3. When connecting to wireless devices (such as headphones, speakers):
 - Ensure the device is sufficiently charged and is within range.
 - Increase the volume level of both devices.
 - Pair both devices again.

4. When connecting to headphones/speakers via cable:
 - Ensure the speaker is powered on.
 - Ensure the headphone/speaker is securely plugged into the audio ports.
 - Try a different headphone/speaker.

2. Increase the volume on your computer.

3. Confirm the volume setting in Windows 10/11.
 - Click [Start] button in the lower-left corner of your screen.
 - Type "volume" into the search bar.
 - Click on the [Sound Mixer option].
 - Adjust the volume levels for [KKBOX] as desired.

4. When connecting to wireless headphones, speakers:
 - Under Control Panel's [Sound], ensure the device is set as the default playback device.
 - Ensure the device is sufficiently charged and is within range.
 - Increase the volume level of both devices.
 - Pair both devices again.

4. When connecting to wired headphones/speakers:
 - Ensure the speaker is powered on.
 - Ensure the headphones/speakers is plugged into the correct speaker jack.
 - Ensure the headphones/speakers is securely plugged into the speaker jack.
 - Try a different headphone/speaker.

2. Increase the volume on your computer.

3. When connecting to wireless devices (such as headphones, speakers):
 - Ensure the device is sufficiently charged and is within range.
 - Increase the volume level of both devices.
 - Pair both devices again.

4. When connecting to wired headphones/speakers:
 - Ensure the speaker is powered on.
 - Ensure the headphone/speaker is securely plugged into the audio ports.
 - Try a different headphone/speaker.
