I just paid but my account has not been renewed.


Here's some possibilities:

1. The system has not refreshed itself yet. Please log out of your KKBOX account and log back in to enjoy our full service.


2. Payments was made through convenient stores or Post Office Payments will require 3 working days to process. Please hold on to your receipt and as soon as we have renewed your account, a notification email will be sent to you. Your Premium membership starts on the day your account is renewed.


3. You paid through a different account, or you may have misspell the account email address. Did you see a message confirming your payment? If you did, you may have paid through a different account, or you may have misspell the email address, resulting in creating a new account.
