Subscribed But Cannot Use FANKLUB DM


DM service is activated on the account used at the time of purchase via the FANKLUB Official Site. Please check the account details in the “... DM Service Is Now Ready!” email sent after you subscribed.
If you have multiple accounts, try logging into your other accounts to check the status of the artist DM you subscribed to.

If you require further assistance, please provide the following information:

  • Date and time of purchase
  • Payment amount
  • The first 6 and last 4 digits of your credit card
  • Name of the artist you subscribed to
