Web Player currently supports only the following browsers running on operating systems macOS 10.15 (or later) and Windows 10 (or later).
Google Chrome
Microsoft Edge
Opera


■Try the following steps first.
1. Update your browser to the latest version available and restart the browser.
2. Access Web Player in a private/incognito window.
Note that Listen With may not work properly under private/incognito mode.
