Connect With Artists Through FANKLUB DM
The DM feature works just like a regular messaging app—with a few clever extras!
Friendly reminder: Please interact with artists with courtesy and respect at all times.
▼Entering the DM Chatroom▼
- Tap the artist’s profile icon under [My DM].
- Or tap [DM] on the artist’s FANKLUB profile page.
▼What does the number at the top of the DM chat mean?▼
This number indicates your time subscribed.
It shows how long you’ve continuously supported the artist through a paid subscription. The longer you stay subscribed, the more features you unlock—starting with a higher character limit for your replies.
▼Are there any restrictions when replying to an artist’s DM?▼
1. Reply limit
You can reply with up to three messages each time you receive a DM from the artist.
2. Unlock higher character limits
Your reply character limit increases based on your accumulated subscription days:
- 1–29 days: 30 characters
- 30–59 days: 45 characters
- 60–99 days: 60 characters
- 100–199 days: 100 characters
- 200–364 days: 150 characters
- 365 days and above: 200 characters
3. Time Subscribed: Calculation & Interruption Rules
- Active Subscription
Time subscribed increases daily while your subscription is active. - Cooling (grace) Period
If your subscription is canceled or a payment fails, a 7-day grace period applies.
Resubscribing within this period will allow your time subscribed to continue accumulating. - Expired
If the subscription is not renewed after the 7-day cooling period, your accumulated days will reset to zero.
Any future subscription will start accumulating from the beginning. - Sales Suspension
If renewal fails due to the artist suspending sales, your accumulated days will be preserved.
Once sales resume, resubscribing within 7 days will allow accumulation to continue.
