Change KKBOX Password
1. Log in Member Account.
2. Choose [Change Password].
3. Enter both old and new password and choose [Save Changes] to finish.
※Password should have:
●Minimum of 8 characters
●Combination of upper and lower cases, numbers and symbols
●Avoid weak passwords such as "p@ssw0rd", "date of birth + name", "kkboxpassword"...etc
●You cannot reuse the last two passwords you have used.
Example: You are currently using password "D"
1. C ✖️
2. B ✖️
3. A ✔️ (you can use password "A" again.
4. Choose "Yes" when you see [Log out from other devices after changing the password successfully?] to ensure you have logged out of all devices.
1. Tap [My Library] → the gear icon to the top right corner of the page → [My Account].
2. Choose [Change Password].
3. Enter both old and new password and choose [Save Changes] to finish.
