Look up / Delete Authorized Devices


KKBOX members can log in from any supported devices.
To look up and/or to delete the Authorized Devices associated with your account please refer to the steps below:

《Looking Up Authorized Devices》
1. Log in Member Account.
2. Choose [Security] → [Details].
※Alternatively, contact Customer Service and we will be more than happy to assist you. Please note we can only provide the latest three devices.


《Delete Authorized Devices》
1. Log in Member Account.
2. Choose [Security] → [Details].
3. Delete device by choosing the [X] to the right of the device.


※Note※
【1】Deleting Authorized Device does not restrict the device from accessing KKBOX again.
If you believe someone has been accessing your KKBOX account, please immediately change your password by logging in Member Account.
【2】Deleting Authorized Devices will not affect your KKBOX settings or playlists.
