KKBOX Singapore Lossless Audio Service Update (Effective 2 February 2026)

Dear KKBOX Members,

We are pleased to share an update to your KKBOX listening experience in Singapore.

Starting 2 February 2026, 24-bit/192kHz Lossless Audio quality will be made available to all paid KKBOX members in Singapore. Regardless of your current subscription plan, you will be able to enjoy the highest audio quality on KKBOX at no additional cost. Please find the details below:

  1. From 2 February 2026, all paid subscription plans in Singapore will be automatically upgraded to include 24-bit/192kHz Lossless Audio.

    Please note that Lossless Audio will not be enabled by default. To start listening in Lossless quality, you may enable the setting on your device:
    My Library → Settings (gear icon, top right) → Playback → Audio Quality → Lossless 24-bit/192kHz

  2. Sales of the existing Lossless Audio plans will end across all channels, including the KKBOX Official Website (Billing Center), Apple App Store, Google Play, and all third-party sales channels (including, but not limited to, telecom operators).

  3. If you are currently subscribed to a Lossless Audio plan, please refer to the relevant arrangement below based on your payment channel.

Your subscription price will be automatically reduced from the first billing cycle after 2 February 2026.

Example: If your billing date falls on the 3rd, your subscription will be automatically adjusted from $18.90 per month to $10.90 per month starting 3 February 2026.

  • Lossless Monthly Plan:
    Your subscription price will be automatically reduced from the first billing cycle after 2 February 2026.

    Example: If your billing date falls on the 3rd, your subscription will be automatically adjusted from $16.90 per month to $10.90 per month starting 3 February 2026.

  • Lossless Annual Plan:
    You may continue to use your subscription until it expires. This plan will be discontinued and will not be renewed upon expiry.
