Important Changes to Music Recognition on May 18! Keep Your KKBOX App Up-to-Date!

Dear KKBOX Member,

To ensure you continue to enjoy the best possible listening experience, KKBOX will transition to providing music recognition services through Shazam starting May 18, 2026.

To continue using the music recognition feature, please ensure your KKBOX app is updated to the following versions (or later):

  • iOS: 7.24.20
  • Android: 6.19.10

We recommend updating to the latest version via the App Store or Google Play Store as soon as possible to enjoy a seamless and stable music recognition experience.
