【Android・iOS】Turn On/Off KKBOX Notifications
KKBOX currently do not provide the function of turning on/off notifications within our application.
To turn off KKBOX notifications, please refer to the steps below:
※NOTE: By turning off KKBOX notifications you will no longer receive KKBOX promotion or important service notifications.
1.On your device, tap "Settings" → "Notifications" → ”KKBOX”
2. Choose to turn off KKBOX notifications.
※Even if all KKBOX notifications has been turned off, new notifications will be indicated with a red badge (with "N").
You can always check Notifications for the latest news and events.

1) See KKBOX in your control panel.
2) Receive KKBOX promotion or important service notifications.
1. On your device tap, "Setting" → "Apps" (or "Applications". The name may vary depending on the device) → "KKBOX".
2. Tap on "Notifications" and choose to turn on or off notifications.
※Even if all KKBOX notifications has been turned off, new notifications will be indicated with a red badge (with "N") to the right of the "Notification".
