How to Enable Cookie
Disabling Cookie may prevet you from logging in your KK ID normally. Please refer to the steps below to change the Cookie setting and see if the problem is solved.

1. On your device, launch the Settings App.
2. Tap [Safari]
3. Disable the 【Block All Cookies】 function.
4. Launch Safari App and browse any website before logging in to KKBOX again.

1. Launch Chrome App and tap on the [⋮] to the top right corner.
2. Tap [Setting] → [Site settings].
3. Tap [Cookies] and enable the 【Cookie】 function.
4. Close and relaunch Chrome App.
