How To Top-up Your Account
●You can only activate the top-up code once.
●You can only activate the top-up card distributed within your membership region (ie. you cannot activate top-card purchased in Taiwan if you are a KKBOX Hong Kong member)
●Ensure to activate your top-up card/voucher before it expires.
1. Go to KKBOX Top Up.
2. Log in your KKBOX account.
※Ensure you have entered the correct account. The process cannot be reverted once you have finished the top-up process.
3. Enter your Top-Up code and choose [Next] to finish.
●Do not insert space before, between or after codes.
●The code is case-sensitive.
Due to Apple restrictions you cannot activate your top-up code through the KKBOX iOS app.
