【Windows・Mac】How To Uninstall KKBOX
If you have switched from the old KKBOX Windows (versions 7.X) to KKBOX Windows and have both versions on your computer at the same time, please remove all KKBOX data from your computer before reinstalling KKBOX Windows again.
※If you have Offline Songs in Old KKBOX Windows (versions 7.X), ensure to backup the tracks under a playlist before deleting.
1. Launch [Control Panel] → [ Uninstall a program].
2. Right-click on [KKBOX] and choose [Uninstall].
3. Click on [Start] to the bottom left corner of your screen and scroll to find [KKBOX]. Right-click on [KKBOX] and choose [Uninstall].
※You can move on to the next step if you do not find [KKBOX].
4. Go to C:\Users\{USER NAME}\AppData\Local\ and delete any [KKBOX] folder you find here.
※If you do not find [AppData] please check the [Hidden Items] option.
5. Go to C:\Users\{USER NAME}\AppData\Roaming\ and delete any [KKBOX] folder you find here.
6. Click here to download and install KKBOX Windows again.
If you have switched from the old KKBOX Mac (versions 6.X) to KKBOX Mac and have both versions on your computer at the same time, please remove all KKBOX data from your computer before reinstalling KKBOX Mac again.
※If you have Offline Songs in Old KKBOX Mac (versions 6.X), ensure to backup the tracks under a playlist before deleting.
1. Launch [Finder] and choose the [Applications] in the sidebar.
2. Drag [KKBOX] to the Trash.
You may see more than one [KKBOX] if you have both the old and new versions installed. Ensure to delete both versions.
3. Go to /Users(※)/{USER NAME}/Library/Application Support/ and delete any [KKBOX] folder you find here.
※From the menu bar in the Finder, choose [Go] → [Go to Folder] → type "/Users" and press Return.
4. Click here to download and install KKBOX Mac again.
