Trouble Installing / Updating KKBOX
If you encountered problems installing or updating KKBOX, please refer Apple Support first.
If the problem persists, try the steps below:
1. Reset your Network Settings.
※This will reset Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, VPN and APN settings that you've used before.
Tap [Settings] → [General] → [Reset] → [Reset Network Settings]
2. If you are having trouble updating KKBOX App, delete through iPhone Storage and reinstall KKBOX iOS App again.
Tap [Settings] → [General] → [iPhone Storage] → [KKBOX] → [Delete App]
If you encountered problems installing or updating KKBOX, please refer to Google Play Help first.
If you are having trouble updating KKBOX App, terminate Google Play Store App, restart your device and try again.
Disable your anti-virus/ internet security software and firewall before updating/ installing KKBOX.
If the problem is solved after disabling the anti-virus/ internet security software/ firewall, add KKBOX to the exception list.
If you have switched from the old KKBOX Windows (versions 7.X) to KKBOX Windows you may encounter installation issues if data from the desktop version is still on your computer.
Please remove all KKBOX data from your computer before installing KKBOX Windows again.

If you are having trouble installing/updating KKBOX Mac, please try rebooting your computer and re-download the installation file here.
If you recently switched from the old KKBOX Mac (versions 6.X) to KKBOX Mac you may encounter installation issues if data from the desktop version is still on your computer.
Please remove all KKBOX data from your computer before installing KKBOX Mac again.
