We no longer support social login (including Facebook). If you created your account via Facebook, your KK ID is the email address linked to your Facebook account.

Please follow the steps below to confirm your KK ID and reset your password to maintain access to your account:

1. Check the email address associated with your Facebook account HERE.
2. Go to Forgot Password and enter the email address.
3. Enter the verification code sent to your email address.
4. Refer to the instructions to set a new password.
5. Log in KKBOX using the KK ID and password.
