• Receive personal direct messages from artists., including exclusive content such as photos, videos, and voice messages.
• All messages exchanged can be revisited while you are subscribed to the artist’s DM service.
• Unlock more features as your DM subscription period accumulates.

You can check whether an artist offers DM in the following ways:

On the Fan Club Official Site

• Go to FANKLUB Official Site, and select [Join Artist DM] > [Chat with Fan Club Artists via DM] to see a list of artists with DM available.

• Check the [Recommended DM] section on the Fan Club home page to browse artists offering DM.
• Go to the artist's FANKLUB profile page. If you see the [DM] label, the artist’s DM feature is available.

• Super Fan and DM are separate services, and their benefits are not interchangeable.
• You can subscribe to DM without becoming the artist’s Super Fans.
• Subscriptions apply to individual artists. To support multiple artists, you must subscribe separately.
• Information provided at the time of purchase will be used for identity verification at offline events and cannot be changed afterward.
• DM subscriptions cannot be transferred to a different artist.
• DM subscriptions cannot be transferred to another person or account.
• Refunds are not provided when a member chooses to unsubscribe from the artist's DM service.

• Artists have full control over their DM subscription plans and sales periods. For details, please refer to the FANKLUB Official Site.
• DM is available for credit card purchase through the FANKLUB Official Site only.
• DM subscriptions renew automatically each month.

1. Go to the FANKLUB Official Site and choose [Join Artist DM] ＞ [Chat with FANKLUB Artists via DM].
2. Choose your artist and choose [Subscribe].
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment.

1. Go to the FANKLUB Official Site.
2. Choose [FANKLUB Plans Record] at the bottom of the page and log in to your KK ID.
3. Choose [DM Plan].
   ※ If you see "No purchase records currently", you may be logged in with a different account.
4. Choose an artist to view subscription details (date of purchase, next billing date, subscription status, etc).

Refunds are not provided when you cancel your DM subscription. You can continue to interact with the artist until your membership expires.

Example: Your membership renews on the 1st day of each month.
When you cancel your DM service on 5th February, your DM membership is due to expire on 1st March.
