BRANDKLUB Plans and Payment Methods
BRANDKLUB is an exclusive community space for brands and their followers. Even if you've already subscribed to KKBOX, you will need to pay separately to upgrade to Brand VIPs.
As long as you have an KK ID, you can upgrade to an brand’s Brand VIP even without subscribing to KKBOX.
▼Perks for becoming a Brand VIP▼
Brand VIPs get to enjoy the following:
- View, comment and like both public and exclusive contents.
- BRANDKLUB interaction.
- Exclusive membership card.
▼Important information before upgrading to Brand VIP▼
- The name on the Brand VIP membership card will be used to verify your identity at offline events.
- Subscriptions apply to individual brands.
- Brand VIP memberships cannot be transferred to a different BRANDKLUB.
- Brand VIP memberships cannot be transferred to another person or account.
- Refunds are not provided once transactions are completed.

- The following plans are available on BRANDKLUB. However, brands have full control over their plans and sales periods.
- One-Year Pass (Non-recurring)
- Monthly Plan (Available only on the KKBOX ONE Official Site)
- Yearly Plan (Available only on the KKBOX ONE Official Site)
- Brands may provide several plans (ie./ both monthly and yearly plan). Members cannot purchase multiple plans in the same period.
- Subscriptions purchased in-app may include additional fees from Apple/Google. We recommend subscribing through the KKBOX ONE Official Site.
▼Upgrading to Brand VIPs▼
You can upgrade to Brand VIP via the KKBOX ONE Official Site (credit cards only) or through the in-app purchase options (App Store and Google Play).
- Upgrading via KKBOX ONE Official Site:
1. Find the brand.
2. Choose the [Upgrade to FANKLUB Super Fan] button.
3. Confirm your personal information.
4. Refer to the page to complete the transaction. - Upgrading via in-App purchase:
1. On the KKBOX App, find the brand.
2. Tap the
(card icon) to the upper right corner.
3. Tap the [View Plans and Perks] button, tap the [Subscribe....] button at the bottom of the screen.
4. Confirm your personal information.
5. Refer to the instructions to complete the transaction.

After upgrading to Brand VIPs, you can find your membership card by tapping the 
(card icon) to the upper right corner of the BRANDKLUB.
Please note: The brand has full control over the membership card design, and the image may change whenever brand updates it.
The name in the KKBOX Member Center will be shown on the card. You can update your personal information by logging in KKBOX Member Center.
