【 KKBOX App & Desktop】End of Support for [Listen With] on Older KKBOX Versions


Starting 10th February 2020, we will no longer be supporting [Listen With] on the following KKBOX versions:
- KKBOX iOS 7.2.00 and earlier
- KKBOX Android 6.0.72 and earlier
- KKBOX Mac 6.2.10 and earlier
- KKBOX Windows (App) and earlier
- KKBOX Windows (Desktop) 7.0.36 and earlier

To continue enjoying [Listen With], please update to the latest KKBOX version by visiting App Store, Google Play, Windows Store or KKBOX Official Site.
※If you are currently on Windows XP, we recommend updating to Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1) or Windows 10.
Please refer to Install Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1) .
※Ensure the version downloaded is compatible with your operating system before installing KKBOX Windows.

You may encounter the following when accessing [Listen With] on older KKBOX versions:
- On KKBOX iOS/Android and Windows APP:
KKBOX become unresponsive, showing “idle” or “no connection”.
- On KKBOX Windows (Desktop) and Mac:
A reminder to update to the latest version of KKBOX.

Q: I am on Windows XP and is using KKBOX Windows version but I cannot access [Listen With]. What can I do?

A: We are sorry but support for KKBOX Windows versions 6.X ended in February 2018.
Please access [Listen With] on KKBOX Web Player.

Please note:
The latest KKBOX Windows App is only available on Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1) and later.
