Storage location for Offline Songs
The default Offline Song storage location for KKBOX iOS is undisclosed, and cannot be changed in anyway.
The default Offline Song storage location for KKBOX Android are as follows:
■ Internal Storage: Android > data > com.skysoft.kkbox.android > (KKBOX Account)
■ External Storage: Android > data > com.skysoft.kkbox.android > files > (KKBOX Account) > cache
※To ensure KKBOX Android functions properly, do not move data in or out of the above directory※
You can choose to store Offline Songs under either the internal or external storage, but you will not be able to designate the directory path.
Tap [More] → [Storage] → [Offline Songs Storage Location] and choose the location to store your Offline Songs.
■The New KKBOX Windows (Versions 23.X)
The default Offline Song storage location for KKBOX Windows is at [C:\Users\(user name)\AppData\Roaming\KKBOX]
The New KKBOX Windows does not support the change of the storage location and you will not find any physical files here.
■The Old KKBOX Windows (Versions 7.X)
The default Offline Song storage location for KKBOX Windows is at [C:\Users\(user name)\Music\KKBOX\(random numbers)\pc download\].
※To ensure KKBOX Windows functions properly, do not move data in or out of this directory※
You can choose to store Offline Songs under a different directory by referring to the steps below:
1. Click the [...] to the top left corner and choose [Settings].
2. Under "Storage", click [Change] to choose a different directory.
The default Offline Song storage location for KKBOX Windows is at [/Users/(user name)/Library/Application Support/KKBOX]
KKBOX Mac does not support the change of the storage location and you will not find any physical files here.
