Q2. Why does the Music Recognition fail to match any songs?

Music Recognition only identifies officially released and licensed songs available on KKBOX. A match may fail if the song you are identifying is a cover, live performance, or a re-arranged version. Additionally, low volume and environmental background noise can interfere with the search. For best results, we recommend moving closer to the audio source.


Q3. Does the desktop version support Music Recognition?

No, Music Recognition is currently not available on desktop versions. You will need an Android or iOS phone/tablet to use this feature.
