How To Delete KKBOX Account
You can now delete your KKBOX account by logging in Account Center.
iOS device users can refer to the iOS tab and learn how to delete your KKBOX account (KKID) through the KKBOX iOS App.
●If you are a Paid member, please make sure you have unsubscribed before proceeding.
》To cancel, please refer to the [How to Unsubscribe KKBOX?] to the bottom of this page.
●All information (including: personal information, songs, playlists, etc.) will be permanently deleted.
1. Log in Account Center and choose [Service and Security].
2. Choose [Delete Account].
3. Confirm again whether you want to delete your account and choose [Delete Account].
4. Before deleting your account, please read the information carefully and confirm that you agree with the statements.
Check the [Agree to give up the remaining period] box and choose [Confirm Deletion].
5. To make sure that it is you, please enter the password again.
6. Your account will be logged out of all devices once your KKBOX account (KKID) has been deleted.
●Ensure you have updated to the latest KKBOX iOS.
●Ensure your subscription has been canceled before deleting.

1. Tap [Library] in the bottom right corner → the gear icon in the upper right corner → [Help Center] → [Manage Account].
2. Check the account shown is the KKBOX account you want to delete and tap [Delete Account] to proceed.
3. Confirm again whether you want to delete your account.
4. Before deleting your account, please read the information carefully and confirm that you agree with the statements.
Check the [Agree to give up the remaining period] and tap [Confirm Deletion].
5. To make sure that it is you, please enter the password again.
6. Your account will be logged out of all devices once your KKBOX account (KKID) has been deleted.
