I Have Subscribed/Paid But Can Only Listen to 30 Seconds of Music
1. The system may still be processing your subscription.
Try logging out of your KKBOX account and log back in to refresh your account status.
2. If you have more than one KKBOX account, you may have subscribed through a different account.
Please log out of KKBOX and log back in with the correct account.
3. Subscription was cancelled due to unsuccessful payment.
Any changes to your payment method (ie/ replaced/upgraded your credit card, overdue phone bill) will cause payment failure, resulting in cancellation of your plan.
Log in Member Account and check [My Plans] and [Payment History].
Because we are unable to revive cancelled plans, please purchase a new plan at Payment Center.
4. You may have misspelled the account at the time of subscribing, resulting in a new account being created.
