In case your recent payments have been unsuccessful, possible reasons include:
1. Apple informed us you have cancelled your subscription.
Because KKBOX cannot terminate your subscription from our end, please check your Apple ID payment history, or contact Apple for assistance.
2. Subscription was cancelled due to unsuccessful payment.
Any changes to your payment method (ie/ replaced/upgraded your credit card, overdue phone bill) will cause payment failure, resulting in cancellation of your plan.
Because we are unable to revive cancelled plans, please purchase a new plan at Payment Center.
