Important: KKBOX Subscription Closure - Action Required for IAP Users

As announced in early November, KKBOX will be closing our service on 31 December 2024. To facilitate this transition, we have discontinued all recurring subscription plans and terminated subscriptions on KKBOX's end, with November 2024 being the final billing month.
For example, if your usual billing date is the 28th of each month, your last payment will be on 28 November 2024, and you will retain access to the service until 28 December 2024. After this date, your subscription will automatically expire, and no further charges will occur from KKBOX's end.
However, for users subscribed through the Apple App Store (IAP), KKBOX is unable to cancel subscriptions on your behalf due to Apple's policies. This means your subscription may remain active on Apple's end, and you could be automatically charged again.
To avoid being charged by Apple, we strongly recommend cancelling your KKBOX subscription via Apple.
Steps to Cancel Your KKBOX Subscription via App Store:
Open Settings on your Apple device.
Tap Apple ID (your name at the top).
Select Subscriptions.
Tap KKBOX.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
*If you don't see a cancel option or notice an expiration message in red, your subscription has already been cancelled.
