Look up/ Delete Authorized Devices


KKBOX members can log in from any supported devices. To look up and/or to delete the Authorized Devices associated with your account please refer to the steps below:

■ Looking Up Authorized Devices
1. Log in Member Account.
2. Choose [Service and Security].
3. Choose [Details] under 【KKBOX Log In History】.


■ Delete Authorized Devices
Delete device by choosing the [X] to the right of the device.


※Note※
【1】Deleting Authorized Device does not restrict the device from accessing KKBOX again.
If you believe someone has been accessing your KKBOX account, please immediately change your password.
【2】Deleting Authorized Devices will not affect your KKBOX settings or playlists.

You can also choose to log out of all devices currently logged in your KK ID.
1. Log in Member Account.
2. Choose [Service and Security].
3. Choose [Log out of all devices] → [Log Out].
