Volume Normalization
If you find some songs are quieter or louder than others, enable the volume normalization and KKBOX will automatically adjust so all songs play at the same volume.
Tap [My Library] → the gear icon to the top right corner of the page → [Playback] → [Volume Normalization].

From KKBOX Desktop 23.7.2, when you find some songs are quieter or louder than others, simply turn on Volume Normalization and KKBOX will adjust so all songs play at the same volume.
Click the profile icon to the top right corner, choose [Setting] and enable the [Volume Normalization] under "Playback".
