Cannot Find KKBOX in iTunes App Store
※KKBOX Mac Versions 6.X has ceased service in August 2022. You will no longer find KKBOX App on Mac Store※
KKBOX is currently available in Taiwan, Hong Kong (including Macau), Malaysia, Singapore and Japan. You will not find KKBOX in App Store if your Apple ID is set to a different country/region.
You can change your Apple ID country or region by referring to the steps below:
※Steps may vary depending on the iOS version you are using. See Apple Support for more information, or for instructions on how to change your information on Mac/PC.
1. Tap the [Settings] app on your device → Your Apple ID name → [Media & Purchases] → [View Account].
2. Tap [Country/Region] → [Change Country or Region] and choose country/region your KKBOX account is registered under and agree to the terms and conditions.
3. After setting the country/region, head to iTunes App Store and search for [KKBOX] again.
