Paid for FANKLUB But Still Not A Super Fan
If you have paid but your Super Fan membership has not been activated, please refer to the information below for troubleshooting.

Membership is activated on the account you used to purchase via the Official Site. Please refer to the account information in the "You Are Now a Super Fan Of ...!" email sent after your upgrade.
If you have multiple accounts, try logging into your other accounts to check the status of the fan clubs you've joined.
For further assistance, please provide the following information when contacting support:
- Date and time of purchase
- Payment amount
- The first 6 and last 4 digits of your credit card

- Go to the artists' FANKLUB.
- Tap the
(card icon) to the upper right corner.
- Tap the [...] → [Upload Receipt].
If your Super Fan membership has not been activated, please provide the following information when contacting support:
- Google Play's order number (starting with "GPA"):

- Tap the [...] → [Upload Receipt].
If your Super Fan membership has not been activated, it means we have not received purchase confirmation from Apple. Unfortunately, we are unable to activate your subscription from our side.
We recommend requesting a refund from Apple and then upgrading through the FANKLUB Official Site.
