FANKLUB Plans and Payment Methods
FANKLUB is an exclusive community space for artists and their fans, while KKBOX is a music streaming service. Even if you've already subscribed to KKBOX, you will need to pay separately to upgrade to Super Fans.
As long as you have an KK ID, you can upgrade to an artist’s Super Fan even without subscribing to KKBOX.
If you do not find the "Upgrade to Super Fans" button on the artists' FANKLUB page, this means the artist currently do not offer subscription plans. We recommend joining their FANKLUBs first and keep an eye out for the latest updates from the artist.

Super Fans get to enjoy the following:
- View, comment and like both public and exclusive contents.
- Artist FANKLUB interaction.
- Exclusive membership card.
- Priority ticket access to artist performances.
- Access to exclusive artist merchandise.
▼Important information before upgrading to Super Fan▼
- The personal information you provide at purchase will be used to verify your identity at offline events and cannot be changed afterward.
Please ensure your details are accurate. - Subscriptions apply to individual artists. To support multiple artists, you must upgrade separately.
- Super Fan memberships cannot be transferred to a different FANKLUB.
- Super Fan memberships cannot be transferred to another person or account.
- Refunds are not provided if a fan chooses to leave a FANKLUB.

- Artists have full control over their subscription plans and sales periods. For details, please refer to the FANKLUB Official Page and or the artist FANKLUB page on the KKBOX App.
- Subscriptions purchased in-app include additional fees from Apple/Google. We recommend subscribing through the FANKLUB Official Page.
- All subscriptions are valid for one year.
▼Upgrading to Super Fans▼
You can upgrade to Super Fan via the FANKLUB Official Site (credit cards only) or through the in-app purchase options (App Store and Google Play).
- Upgrading via FANKLUB Official Page:
1. Find the artist.
2. Choose the [Upgrade to FANKLUB Super Fan] button.
3. Provide accurate personal information. The information cannot be changed after purchase.
4. Refer to the page to complete the transaction. - Upgrading via in-App purchase:
1. On the KKBOX App, join the artist‘s FANKLUB。
2. Tap the
(card icon) to the upper-right corner of the page.
3. Tap the [Upgrade Now] button.
4. Provide accurate personal information. The information cannot be changed after purchase.
5. Refer to the instructions to complete the transaction.

After upgrading to Super Fans, you can find your membership card by tapping the 
(card icon) to the upper right corner of artist's FANKLUB.
Please note: The artist has full control over the membership card design, and the image may change whenever the artist updates it.
The name you provide at the time of purchase will be shown on the card. The information cannot be changed after purchase. Please make sure the details you provide are accurate.
▼Will I be refunded if I choose to leave the FANKLUB?▼
Refunds are not provided if a fan chooses to leave a FANKLUB.
The expiry date of your subscription remains unchanged even if you leave (your membership period will not be paused). You can rejoin and continue enjoying Super Fan perks until your membership expires.
Example:
- Your membership expires on October 1, 2026.
- If you leave the FANKLUB on December 1, 2025, your expiry date stays October 1, 2026.
- If you rejoin on January 1, 2026, you can continue enjoying Super Fan benefits until October 1, 2026.
