Trouble Streaming/Downloading on Desktop App


Due to component update issue, members may experience trouble streaming (a "An error occurred when playing song, please choose a song to play again." message appears) and/or downloading Offline Songs on KKBOX Desktop.

Please refer to the following steps to fix the problem:
※You are required to log back to your account after installation. Please make note of your KKBOX account and password before you proceed.

1)Download the latest KKBOX Desktop:
 ●KKBOX Windows

2)Install the latest version and log in your KKBOX account.
