I Forgot My Password / How to Reset Password


When your KK ID is linked to a phone number, both methods work for you :)

Please note your new password should have:
●Minimum of 8 characters
●Combination of upper and lower cases, numbers and symbols
●Avoid weak passwords such as "p@ssw0rd", "date of birth + name", "kkboxpassword"...etc
●You cannot reuse the last two passwords you have used.
 Example: You are currently using password "D"
 1. C ✖️
 2. B ✖️
 3. A ✔️ (you can use password "A" again.


■Your KK ID is an email address
1. Go to Forget Password.
2. Enter KK ID email address and choose [Submit]. Do not close this page.


3. Go to your inbox to access the verification code and enter the code to the page in [Step 1].
After verifying please refer to the instructions to reset your password.


●Check your Junk/Spam folder If you did not receive the verification code.
●If you registered using [Sign in With Apple] and chose to hide your email, your KK ID will be associated with a unique email address (ending in privaterelay.appleid.com) generated for you by Apple. All email sent to this unique email address should be forwarded to your Apple ID email.

■Your KK ID is a phone number
1. Go to Forget Password.
2. Enter your phone number and choose [Submit]. Do not close this page.
3. Enter the authentication code received via SMS and refer to the instructions to reset your password.
