Trouble Downloading Offline Songs


Try following steps respectively and see if the problem is solved.

1) Update KKBOX iOS.
Look up [KKBOX] in App Store and ensure you have the latest KKBOX installed.
Once you have updated to the latest version, try downloading the tracks again.

2) Change the Offline Song Capacity.
Tap [My Library] → the gear icon to the top right corner of the page → [Data Management] → [Offline Song Capacity] → choose [4,000 songs], and try downloading the tracks again.

3) Re-download the tracks.

Delete the tracks you are having trouble with and download them again.

4) Restart your device.
Restart your device and try downloading the tracks again.


Try following steps respectively and see if the problem is solved.

1) Update KKBOX Android.
Look up [KKBOX] in Google Play and ensure you have the latest KKBOX Android installed.
Once you have updated to the latest version, try downloading the tracks again.

2) Change the location of your Offline Songs.
Tap [My Library] → the gear icon to the top right corner of the page → [Data Management] → [Offline Songs Storage Location] and change the location of your Offline Songs (from internal storage to SD card, vice versa), and try downloading the tracks again.

3) Change the Offline Song Capacity.
Tap [My Library] → the gear icon to the top right corner of the page → [Data Management] → [Offline Song Capacity] → choose [4,000 songs], and try downloading the tracks again.


4) Re-download the tracks.

Delete the tracks you are having trouble with and download them again.

5) Restart your device.
Restart your device and try downloading the tracks again.

Click HERE to download and install the latest KKBOX Desktop App.

2. Backup Your Offline Songs
※Your [Offline Songs] will be cleared when executing Step 3. 
2-1. Click [Offline Songs] and click on [+] → [Create Playlist].
2-2. Set a name for the playlist (such as "offline songs 2023") and click [OK] → [Add].

3. Clear KKBOX Cache
Click the […] to the upper left corner of KKBOX and choose [Troubleshooting] → [Clear Cache and Restart] and wait for the KKBOX App to automatically restart (you will need to log in your account again).

4. Re-download the tracks.
Try downloading music again.

Click HERE to download and install the latest KKBOX Desktop App.
