How To Transfer Offline Songs


Offline Songs is stored in your device therefore cannot be transferred to other accounts and/or devices. 

To enjoy the same Offline Songs on a different account/ device, simply create a playlist of the [Local Offline Songs] before importing to a different account/ logging in other devices, and you will be able to re-download the tracks again.
 ※Only KKBOX Windows Desktop, KKBOX Mac Desktop, KKBOX Android and KKBOX iOS support Offline Songs.

Here's how to back up your Offline Songs:
1. Open [Local Offline Songs].
2. Tap the [+] icon → [Add as a new playlist].


3. Set a name that is easy to remember (i.e. Offline Songs 2022) and tap [Add] to the top right corner.


4. After importing to a different account/ logging in a different device, open the playlist created to re-download the tracks.

    2. Click [Import Playlist] and choose the file you have exported.
    ※Depending on the number of playlists exported, import may take a few minutes to complete.

    2. Choose the location you like to save the exported playlist (saved in .kbl format).

    2. Click "Files" → "Import Playlist" and choose the file you have exported.
    ※Depending on the number of playlists and tracks you have exported, import may take a few minutes to complete.
