Click the […] to the upper left corner of KKBOX and choose [Troubleshooting] → [Clear Cache and Restart] and wait for the KKBOX App to automatically restart. You should be able to stream normally after this.
※Your [Offline Songs] will be cleared when performing [Clear Cache and Restart]. We recommend creating a playlist of tracks from Offline Songs before you proceed.

※If KKBOX App does not restart automatically, please wait for another 2-3 seconds before launching the App manually.
