How to Change KKBOX Account (KKID)


You can change your KKBOX account (email and/or phone number) through the Member Center.

※Note:
●Phone number account currently subscribed to certain telcos (Taiwan: Chunghwa/ Asia Pacific/ Taiwan Star Telecom, Hong Kong: 3 Hong Kong) cannot be changed.
●Maximum changes of 3 times per year.
●If the number/email is already a registered member of KKBOX, you will need to delete the account before you can change your KKBOX account to the email/number.

■Changing Information

Current Account is an Email: Changing the Email

1. Log in Personal Information.
2. Choose the [Edit] link next to your KKBOX account.


3. Choose [Edit].
4. Choose [Send Verification Code] to verify your current KKBOX account email.
 ※If the email is no longer active or you are having trouble accessing the inbox, choose [link your phone number to your account] to link a phone number to your account first before going back to Step 2 again.
5. Enter the verification code sent.
6. Enter the Email you want to use.
7. Verify the Email entered.
8. The system will automatically log you out of all devices when the change is completed.

Current Account is a Phone Number: Changing the Number

1. Log in Personal Information.
2. Choose the [Edit] link next to your KKBOX account.


3. Choose [Edit].
4. Choose [Send Verification Code] to verify your current phone number.
 ※If the number is no longer active or  or you are having trouble receiving SMS, choose [link your Email to your account] to link an email to your account first before going back to Step 2 again.
5. Enter the verification code sent.
6. Enter the phone number you want to use.
7. Verify the number entered.
8. The system will automatically log you out of all devices when the change is completed.

Current Account is Email + Number: Changing the Email

1. Log in Personal Information.
2. Choose the [Edit] link next to your Email.


3. Choose [Edit].
4. Choose [Send Verification Code] to verify your current KKBOX account email.
 ※If the email is no longer active or you are having trouble accessing the inbox, choose [verify via SMS instead].

■Removing Information
You can only remove either of the information when your KKBOX account is Email + Number.


Removing the Email

1. Log in Personal Information.
2. Choose the [Edit] link next to your Email.
3. Choose [Remove].
4. Choose [Send Verification Code] to verify your current Email.
 ※If the email is no longer active or you are having trouble accessing the inbox, choose [verify via SMS instead].
5. Enter the verification code sent.
6.The system will automatically log you out of all devices when the change is completed.

Removing the Number

1. Log in Personal Information.
2. Choose the [Edit] link next to your phone number.
3. Choose [Remove].
4. Choose [Send Verification Code] to verify your current phone number.
 ※If the number is no longer active or you are having trouble receiving the SMS, choose [verify via email instead].
5. Enter the verification code sent.
6. The system will automatically log you out of all devices when the change is completed.
