Change Payment Options


Whether you want to switch to a different plan or change your payment method, you can update your subscription at any time by purchasing a new plan through our Payment Center.

Before you begin:
● Ensure you are not currently on a fixed-term contract.
● If you are subscribed through a mobile carrier (Chunghwa Mobile VAS, MOD, 3 Hong Kong, HGC, SmarTone, CMHK, Singtel) or the iTunes App Store, please cancel your current subscription before proceeding.

Upon purchasing a new plan, any remaining time on your current membership will be adjusted to match the value of the new daily rate and added to your account. Your first payment for the new plan will be postponed until this converted period has ended.

If you have any questions regarding the calculation shown in the Payment Center, please contact Customer Service before completing your purchase. This conversion is final and cannot be reversed once the transaction is processed.
