We no longer support social login in from 13 Feb 2023 and have removed the "Facebook" buttons from all platforms on 17 July 2023, you can no longer log in KKBOX using Facebook.

Please refer to the steps below to retrieve your KK ID (KKBOX account), which is the email address associated with your Facebook account.

1. Check the email address associated with your Facebook account HERE.
2. Go to Forgot Password and enter the email address.
3. Enter the verification code sent to your email address.
4. Refer to the instructions to set a new password.
5. Log in KKBOX using the KK ID and password.
