The device's default (built-in) equalizer is used instead of ours.
But you are free to switch to KKBOX's equalizer by tapping on [My Library] → the gear icon to the top right corner of the page → [Play Settings] → [Select equalizer].


NOTE:
●You will only see KKBOX's equalizer if your device (i.e., most HTC models) is not equipped with equalizer.
●KKBOX equalizer is currently unavailable on SONY devices.


Take SAMSUNG Galaxy Note 3 as example, this is what you will see when you choose [Default system equalizer].
