Did Not Receive Verification Code via SMS or Email

If you did not receive the verification code via email, it is possible that:

  1. The confirmation email was sent to your Spam/Junk folder instead of your Inbox.
  2. You may have entered a different email address. Please check your other email accounts.
  3. There might have been a typo in the email address entered (for example: "gamil" instead of "gmail"). Please refer to 【How to Change KKBOX Account (KKID)】 to change your account to an email that is correct.


If you did not receive the verification code via SMS, please try the following:

  1. Ensure you have a strong cell phone signal.
  2. Check that your SMS inbox has enough space to receive new messages.
  3. Confirm that you don't have any SMS filtering services that might be blocking incoming messages.
  4. Verify that SMS messaging hasn't been disabled on your cell phone.
  5. Contact your telecom service provider to confirm whether your phone number is on DND (Do-Not-Disturb) mode.
