Changing Audio Quality/ Why does it Take Longer To Download Higher Quality Music
KKBOX provide Normal and High audio qualities.
Normal quality audio files are generally between 5MB to 8MB, while High quality audio files are generally between 8MB to 12MB.
※The longer the track, the bigger the file size.
Whenever you change the audio quality, whether from Normal to High or vice versa, your existing Offline Songs will be temporarily cleared in order to download tracks in the right quality.
Depending on the number of Offline Songs you have, and your internet connection, the amount of time needed for KKBOX to download all tracks in your playlist may vary.
We do not recommend changing the audio quality unless you have the need to.
1. Tap [More] → [Settings].
2. Tap [Audio Quality] and select the audio quality you like.
