Incorrect System Time

1. Ensure the time and date is set to the present time:
※Steps may vary depending on your iOS OS version. Please see Apple Support for more information.
- Go to [Settings] → [General] → [Date & Time]
- Enable [Set Automatically]
2. Close and restart KKBOX iOS.

A "Your clock is behind/ahead" appears when the time and/or date is incorrect.

- Go to [Settings] → [System] → [Date & Time]
- Enable [[Automatic Date and Time] and [Automatic Time Zone] if either/both are available.
2. Close and restart KKBOX Android.

■ On Windows 7 & Windows 8:
1. Right-click on the time in the bottom-right of the screen and select [Adjust Date/Time] → [Change date and time...]
2. Adjust the time and date accordingly (if you are using 12-hour clock, check the AM and PM setting).
■ On Windows 10:
1. [Start] → [Settings] → [Time & language] → [Date & time]
2. Enable [Set time automatically] and [Set time zone automatically]
2. Close and restart KKBOX Windows.

-Go to [System Preferences] → [Date & Time].
-Click [Date & Time] and select “Set date and time automatically"
-Click [Time Zone] and select “Set time zone automatically using current location”
-If you are using a 12-hour clock, check the AM and PM setting.
2. Close and restart KKBOX Mac.
