【Android・iOS】Musics Stop When I Open Other Apps


When you open apps that have video auto play on (such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter...etc.) and a video automatically started playing, this will force KKBOX music to stop.
Please see if the app allows you to turn off its auto play.
