【Windows・Mac】Trouble Streaming


When you encounter trouble streaming on the New KKBOX Windows (version 22.X/23.X), click the […] to the upper left corner of KKBOX and choose [Troubleshooting] → [Clear Cache and Restart] and wait for the KKBOX App to automatically restart. You should be able to stream normally after this.
※If KKBOX App does not restart automatically, please wait for another 2-3 seconds before launching the App manually.
