Missing Offline Songs/Playlists
■I'm Missing a Playlist
KKBOX automatically synchronizes your playlist across all devices you have logged in.
In case you deleted your playlist on your phone will be reflect on your computer.

■I'm Missing Offline Songs
Offline Songs are stored on your device and cannot be recovered in anyway. Please download the music again.
Audio files will be deleted when:
A. You have uninstalled KKBOX App
B. You cleared KKBOX App's data and/or cache.
If you have not executed any of the above, Offline Songs may disappear when:
A. You have changed to a different device (audio files cannot be synchronize across devices).
B. You have reached the maximum Offline Song Capacity. Please refer to the 【Offline Song Capacity】 below to adjust your setting.
