Trouble Logging in KKBOX


If you have already logged in your account but cannot switch KKBOX to Online Mode, KKBOX is continuously "Loading", or is showing other error messages, please choose the platform you are having trouble with and try the steps provided.

If you are having trouble logging in your account, see which of the following suits your situation:

【1】You cannot log in with your Facebook.
You will not be able to log in KKBOX through [Facebook] until you have linked both accounts.

【2】You are overseas and is seeing  a [The service is not available in your country, please wait patiently] message.
Due to copyright restrictions, Members (non-subscribers) can only access KKBOX within your service region.


● If you are currently overseas and wish to continue enjoying KKBOX, please upgrade to KKBOX Premium first.
● If you are a Premium member but still sees the same message, please contact Customer Service for assistance.


【1】If you are seeing a [System time is incorrect] message, refer to the [A [System time is incorrect] Message Appeared] below.

【2】Update to the latest KKBOX iOS and restart your device.
Launch App Store and search for "KKBOX". Choose the "Update" icon when newer versions is available.

【3】The problem only occurs when using your mobile data:
 3-1. Go to [Settings] on your device.
 3-2. Tap [Mobile] and scroll down until you find [KKBOX].
 3-3. Grant KKBOX access to cellular data.


【4】You're seeing an "CSRF Forbidden" error/ your account and password disappears after tapping on [Confirm].
1. Close KKBOX App.
2. Tap [Setting] App → [Safari]
 → Disable [Block All Cookies] and [Prevent Cross-Site Tracking]
 → Tap [Clear History and Website Data]
3. Access https://kkid.kkbox.com/ from Safari and tap on the [Log Out] icon to the top right corner.
4. Launch KKBOX App and log in with your account and password.


【1】If you are seeing a [System time is incorrect] message, refer to the [A [System time is incorrect] Message Appeared] below.

【2】Update to the latest KKBOX Android
Launch Google Play and search for "KKBOX". Choose the "Update" icon if newer versions is available.

【3】Change your internet connection.
Whether you are connected to the internet through mobile data or Wi-Fi, try changing your internet connection and see if the problem is solved.
Your internet connection may be temporarily down.

【4】Restart your device and see if the problem is solved.

【2】Update to the latest KKBOX Windows.
Launch Microsoft Store and search for "KKBOX". Choose the "Update" icon if newer versions is available.

【2】Update to the latest KKBOX Mac
Launch Mac App Store and search for "KKBOX". Choose the "Update" icon if newer versions is available.

  1. 1. Go to Forget Password.
    2. Enter your KKBOX account and choose [Submit].
    3. Refer to the instructions to reset your password.

    Check your Junk/Spam folder If you did not receive the password reset e-mail.


    1. Log in Member Account.
    2. Choose [Security].
    3. Under 【Linked Accounts】, choose [Remove]  to the right of 【Facebook Account】 or 【Apple Account】.


    1. Ensure the time and date is set to the present time by referring to the steps below:

    ■ On Windows XP:
     1. Double-click the clock on the taskbar to reveal the Date and Time Properties box.
      - OR -
      Right-click on the time in the bottom-right of the screen and select [Adjust Date/Time].
     2. Adjust the time and date accordingly (if you are using 12-hour clock, check the AM and PM setting).

    ■ On Windows Vista, Windows 7 & Windows 8:
     1. Right-click on the time in the bottom-right of the screen and select [Adjust Date/Time].
     2. Click the [Change date and time...] button.
     3. Adjust the time and date accordingly (if you are using 12-hour clock, check the AM and PM setting).

    ■ On Windows 10:
     1. Right-click on the time in the bottom-right of the screen and select [Adjust Date/Time].
     2. Enable [Set time automatically] and [Set time zone automatically] and the system will automatically adjust the time and date to the present time.

    2. Restart KKBOX Windows. You may need to log in your account again.




    1. Ensure the time and date is set to the present time by referring to the steps below:
     ※The steps may vary depending on your OS version. Please contact Apple Support should you have any trouble changing your settings.

     On OS X Mountain Lion, OS X Lion, or Mac OS X 10.6:
       - Go to [System Preferences] → [Language & Text].
       - Click the [Formats] tab.
       - Change the time, date and region to the correct setting (if you are using 12-hour clock, check the AM and PM setting).

    2. Restart KKBOX Windows. You may need to log in your account again.



    1. Ensure the time and date is set to the present time by referring to the steps below:
     ※The steps may vary depending on your Google Android version. Contact Google Help should you have any trouble changing your settings.
     - On your iOS device, go to [Settings] → [Date & Time].
     - Enable [[Automatic Date and Time] and [Automatic Time Zone] if either/both are available.

    2. Restart KKBOX Android.



    1. Ensure the time and date is set to the present time by referring to the steps below:
     ※The steps may vary depending on your iOS version. Contact Apple Support should you have any trouble changing your settings.
     - On your iOS device, go to [Settings] → [General] → [Date & Time].
     - Enable [Set Automatically].

    2. Restart KKBOX iOS.
